Hey 6F,
I'm amazed that know one has responded to either of your postings. There should be several makers in your area. Just got to look under every palmetto frond and keep your nose to the wind for the tell-tale wiff of smokey rancid quenchant.

Might try going to the Knife Guild Show in Orlando and asking around a bit. THink it's the first weekend in August, but you better check. If you go, stop by and see my buddies from the Georgia Guild - Charlie and Harry of Twinblades, Jim Ragsdale, and Wayne Hensley (VP of the KG and should be able to direct you to someone or someone who knows someone near you).

How's the Tarpon and Snook fishing?

Hey Crex;

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I will have family in town that weekend and can't get to the show. I have been contacted by a couple of guys from the other forum, more or less local. They have offered to show me what they can so thats progress.
I haven't done any Tarpon but got a couple of nice snook this year.
Lobster Mini Season is next week and I am going to the keys for that!
