Vancouver island knife makers?

is there any one hear from the island?

Joe, Bellingham is in the US just across the border from the lower mainland.
The only maker on the island I can think of off of the top of my head is Harold Moeller in Parksville.
You can also try looking on the Canadian Knifemakers Guild Page www.ckg.org

more blacksmiths than bladesmiths on the island , you might be able to make some contact through the Vancouver Island Blacksmith Association.....

only a handful of Masters in Canada , tough going trying to find one to do JS test.......couple south of the line have been kind enough in offering, thank you Mr Bump & Mr Caffrey, perhaps one day soon !

You should check out the Western Canadian Knifemakers Association (WCKA). I don't know of any makers on the island but there's a few of us in the Vancouver area, and a few around BC. let me know if you need help finding us!
