One of yours Steve
Steve
I picked up one of your knives at the recent Canadian Knifemakers Guild show. Can you tell me anything about when it was made or anything else about it. It is in amazing shape, looks like it has been in a colection since it was purchased. It is 7 5/8" long and it looks like sambar handles. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Steve. Looks to be in very good condition. If it has N.S. fittings, it was probably made in the mid '80's to early '90's, for a fellow in Phoenix, Arizona. It is a Bill's Drop pattern with a bevel at the point. I is definitely Sambar Stag. Is the blade 3 5/5" long? Or longer? Hope this helps.

Steve
I am pretty sure the fittings are not nickel silver sincethey don't have that yellow tinge to them. I did not get a chance to measure the blade but the overall length of the knife is 7 5/8". Either way it is a really nice knife, unfortunately I am going to have to sell it. Do you have any suggestions as to who I should contact. Are there any collectors you know that would be interested in it. I apologize ahead of time if I am stepping on your toes. I'm sure this is a good a place as any to sell it. Anyone who sees it can contact you. I'll think about it and if I can think of anyone who might be interested, I'll let you know.
