Johnson gas forge 120

I bought a Johnson Gas Appliance forge #120 at an auction a few years ago and it has been sitting in my shed. It has never been used and set up for natural gas. I would like to use it for heat treating but need to know how to convert it to propane. I have read they are gas hogs but I have it so figured I would try to use it. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Vern
