New Website up and running!
Since I've not been feeling all that great, but the idea of doing nothing urks me, I decided to rebuild my website. Just got done crossing my fingers and uploading it. From what I can tell, everything is working as it should, but I sure would appreciate others taking a look at it and letting me know your thoughts. Hopefully the new site is easier to navigate, and less cluttered then the old one. With the new software I was able to build a nicer photo gallery, integrate all the menu items into one drop down menu, and added videos on the Bits of Steel page! I also have a new article or two on the Bladesmithing Articles page, as well as a new page on how to build your own forge pyrometer.
If you get time, look the site over for me, and let me know if you find any "OOPS" or anything that doesn't work. Many Thanks! OH! Heres a linke: www.caffreyknives.net __________________ WWW.CAFFREYKNIVES.NET Caffreyknives@gmail.com "Every CHOICE has a CONSEQUENCE, and all your CONSEQUENCES are a result of your CHOICES." Nice job, Ed! One of the best blade sites I've ever seen.

You have always done a much nicer job with building and maintaining your website than most. Great update with new pictures. Maybe, make that links drop down tab bigger and flashier so it easier to tell where all the good stuff is.
Thanks for showing it, Craig |

Ed, the contents of the site, like your work, looks good. In my opinion though, that drop down "Links to Entire Website" isn't very user friendly, helpful or efficient. Once you find it, you just see what looks like a list of topics in no particular order of relevance or importance or relation to one another. I'd rather see a more traditional navigation menu.
