As new condition, purchased for a Research & Development ?Proof of Concept? project. With less than a total of 40 running hours, this mill is now surplus to our needs.

Roll Material: M2

Roll Diameter: 5"diameter x 8" wide

Heated rolls:
? Each roll temperature is independently controlled by a Watlow controller adjustable temperature up to 1100 degrees F.
? All controls are mounted in an independent operating station
? Voltage: 220 volts, 3 phase, 20 amps.

Mill Speed: 0-30 Feet per Minute

Mill Power: 7.5 HP, 220 V, 3-phase, 40 amps

Equipped with:
? 75,000 lbs. per square inch separating force (approx.)
? Rolls rotate on precision bearings
? Rolls are simultaneously driven by a pinion stand.
? Roll height is adjustable independently or simultaneously thru a top wheel screw down assembly maximum opening of 1.250".
? Entry and exit tables; entry tables will have adjustable guides.
? Emergency stop bars installed on entry and exit of the mill.
