Can someone help me ID this older chef's knife?
I picked this up at a local estate sale for just a few bucks, and I realize it likely isn't of any significant value but I am curious if anyone can help me ID the maker. It is difficult to make out, but it seems to start with the letter B (see the first 2 pics in the link below).
Pics: http://s1239.photobucket.com/user/Si.../Chefs%20knife It is a really hefty knife with some good weight. Should be fun to use. Thanks to anyone who offers any insight -- I am stumped. |
