W1 chef's knife
Hi all --
For my first post here I thought I'd show a chef's knife I just finished up for my folks' 50th anniversary. Thanks for looking! Jim Bihn Stats: W1 edge quenched in 10% brine 6.5" cutting edge 11.5" OAL 1.5" wide 0.2" thick Flat grind Mystery wood and brass handle (possibly rosewood) |

Jim,I'm sure they will be pleased with your gift.With the slight curve right along the blade that will make it a real 'cutter'.

Thanks for the comments guys. They were really pleased with it. With the summer coming on and them both being big gardeners it should see some heavy use disecting the local produce.
