Clip Point Hunter/Skinner
This is my first posting to the gallery. This place oozes with talent and it is a bit intimidating posting pictures of my humble work, but here we go....A clip point hunter/skinner made for a fellow hunting partner and horseman. It comes with a cross draw sheath that is worn on the opposite side for quick access while riding horses. It is ground from ATS34 stainless steel with India stag handle, water buffalo and brass spacers and a brass guard. It has a 4 1/4 inch blade with 4 3/8 inch handle. Its already weathered a couple pack trips into the Wind River area and performs well.

I'm just a couple hours north of you, 15 miles north of Salt Lake. I've hunted deer and elk down that way. My wife was raised over the mountains west of you in Fillmore. I will post sheath pictures when the owner picks up the knife. He had me buff it out a bit for him and touch up the blade. It's actually got 2 sheaths, the cross draw and a standard. Will take pics. Thank you.
