Looking for a few good men
Hi all,
This is my first post here and i am looking forward to being a member here. I am currently looking for a fixed blade tactical knife, something which i do not have. I am also looking for another tactical folder, i curently have a emerson commander. I have looked at the other emerson knives, SOG, Combat Elite, Benchmade, spyderco but do not see anything i would like. I am looking for something with an 3.50 or larger blade as far as the folder goes. any info on build quality of the Combat elite rrf line or newer Emersons would be appreciated. thanks

Combat Elite knives are made by Darrell Ralph and Ryan Wilson. Darrell Ralph is an amazing knife maker & designer. I don't know much about Ryan Wilson, but if Darrell Ralph is involved with him, he must be excellent. I would buy a Combat Elite knife and KNOW that it is of the highest quality. Have you looked at Chris Reeves' Sebenza? Or how about a custom maker like David Mosier of DMKnives? There are alot of EXCELLENT knives out there!! Have you looked into Strider knives? They rock!!
