A new knife off my bench.

This one is 1084 with nickel silver bolsters and pins, the wood is stabilized mesquite root.

That is a purty one, Kev! On the next one, you might want to work on rounding the corners on the handle a lot more though. Take it out and chop tree limbs or cut lots of cardboard or heavy leather for 10 or 15 minutes without stopping and you'll probably learn why I said that ...

As Ray says, work it a bit you'll start feeling the "hot spots" in you hand. They'll tell you what you need to know if you pay attention.
Other than that, very nice knife.
