Judging from the music and style of knife this is from the 70s. Seems like that would be a place to start. Those old switchblades with the little flipper button that spun around from a locked position by a latch were kind of popular in the 60s and 70s among certain types of folks. But this particular knife was a Hollywood prop and quite possibly been made by a prop man. I see no logo and no spot for the button to be locked which one would not carry in a tight pocket as it would open without it.

Red face Movie knife

I have a knife very similar to this, but on a smaller scale. The large brass bolster and fuller in the length of the blade ,is indicative of knives made in Pakistan in the 70's. Mine has what looks like some Arabic letters stamped on the tang. Not super high quality, but still a pretty solid piece.
