18th c. English Styled Ball Grip Knife
An English styled ball grip belt or table knife with bone grip scales. 6" blade of 3/32 01 vanadium tool steel, featuring a full tapered tang and blade. This is a slightly smaller version of one I made last year. The sheath is a center seam on the back side, and stained black with vinegaroon. Hope you enjoy a look.

Beautiful work sir!
I do love this style, and you do it well. __________________ A good friend told me one time about forging "What is there not to like, you get to break all the rules you were told as a kid, don't play with that it is sharp, don't play with fire, and don't beat on that" Wade Holloway See some of my work. |
