knifemakers around Macon

Hey everyone I was wondering how many of you are around the Macon / Warner Robins area. While I know several makers in the south Ga and north Florida it occured to me I don't know anyone locally and really don't know if there is anyone close by.
Always good to be able to talk shop get a critique or an opinion in person.

Well howdy there. Why don't you come on down to the columbus meeting on May the 1 st. Join in on the demo's and visit awhile.
Also since you are close to Macon , come on by the Gon Blast and sit around with us and tell everyone about knifemaking. We will be there July 23,24,25. Scott

Much as I would like to I wont be able to make the Columbus meet. I've already had to get my wife to juggle her work schedule around so I could make the southern bladesmiths meeting in Florida this weekend so I'd hate to throw her outta sorts again.

Where do they have the GON blast at?

Hey James,

I haven't checked in for a few days so I just saw your post.

I live in WR so send me an PM or look me up in the phone book and we can figure out how to get together. You can look on my web site too as it has contact info.

I'm going to Columbus this weekend so we'll do it soon after.

Carey
