Black Ash Burl Utility
Just finished this utility, stabilized black ash burl handle, differentially tempered 1084 and black phenolic pins and black spacers with a brown leather sheath. overall length is about 7 inches with a 3 inch blade. thanks for looking

Great job. How did you pull out the detail of the wood so well? The sheath looks like a nice tight fit also.

I had stabilized by k & g so I just took it to 600 grit and buff with white rouge. I did use some wax after but it doesn't do a ton, just fills in some of the pores that stabilizing doesn't get.
