Forge problem solved

Wow, what a difference. I hooked up a small squirrel cage blower (It's not preety but it works) and boy does it get hot now. Thanks Geno and all the others that kindly jumped in and helped. I was able to turn my reg. way down and choke off the air input almost closed.

Now let's see if I can post my first pic.

Looks good to me. 'glad you got it roaring. It's a good link to the pic, but try [img]xxxxx[/img] instead of [image] etc. I had to copy and paste the link to see it. Let us know how the forging goes now.

Richard,

Try WHAT? All I got was a red X in a square.

I was trying to follow the image instructions that are posted here.

you use IMG between the brackets in the tags instead of image.

All you have to do though us click on the "IMG" button just above the Your Reply section, type in your URL and click OK. It will wrap the URL in the image tags. The button is just to the right of where it says vB Code.

Sometimes it's tough with this old wolf.

Now that I've mastered that, sometimes I don't see an image when others are commenting about an image. I'm new to this forum, so am I missing something?

Nope. Seems as others have that same problem. I've got an idea that since many of the guys use the free servers or image hosting services that the site runs out of usage temporarily and we just happen to hit it when the site is offline so no image?
Best guess I have since other people see it using the same browser and evything so...

way to go, ken.
.
have to agree with chuck on the photo links - sometimes they work, often they don't. jamey saunders has kindly provided space on his server for those who have no other access. if you need it, the instructions are here

That's nice of Jamie. I've got my own Server also with my sites and a few others, so if more is needed I can set up the same thing.
