Not from Ontario but I meet the Canadian knifemaker part of your request.

A good place for supplies in Ontario is Jeff Diotte with Downie Knife Supply. No website but his phone number is 519-978-9387. He's a good guy and very helpful, used to be a full time knifemaker so he can answer lots of questions you might have as well.

I am from Qu?bec, and I buy most of my stock
from Jeff Diotte or in USA (Sheffield, TKS, Koval, etc...)

I'm in northern Saskatchewan, and I get most of my supplies from the states, although I do get some things in either my home province or in Alberta. House of Tools carries some stuff, and there is a small supplier in Regina. Are you looking for anything specific?

Where in Ontario are you. I am in Mildmay Ontario. Just south of Walkerton. About an hour north of Kitchener. Send me an email at srv@golden.net and we can hook up.

if you forge... then crucible service center in wallaceburg is great... I buy my L6 from them... (its killer)
- they've got lotsa other steels too ... like O1,W1 and others (even stainless if that floats your boat )

shipping is a little bit expensive up here.... but the L6 is worth it
