Side cut drill bits?

Is there anywhere to buy these small bits in th USA? The website I have a link to is in Finland. Really like to buy a set but closer to home. Thanks Flint

Harbor freight also sells a small set of side cutters. I usually use bits for a Roto-Zip when I want to side cut. They are available at most any hardware store....
