Can anyone make a PDF into a CAD file for me? Or if not tell me where I can get it done

Google "convert pdf to cad" and you'll find several options for that ...

if that doesn't work I know a guy that does work with CAD all the time I could ask him ....but deffinitly see if you can find something on google as ray suggested doing it your self would be free

I learned CAD-CAM in the 80s. Has it changed much since then?
Think I still have the floppy disks.

well jim one thing I can gaurentee you is they don't put it on floppy disc's any more my laptop don't even hava spot for floppy discs...lol just messing with ya jim...everything now is cd or usb.. cad was one thing I never learned when I was younger I did computer graphics stuff HTML, VB,,,all that has changed to I did this when I was real young like 12-14 (so like 19 years ago) my bro in law taught me a lot, HTML is HTML no matter what way you look at it I forgot a lot of it tho. but all the other stuff has changed I downloaded a adobe graphic program a few months back and it was like a whole new world
