None of the sources I use for steel list W1 in flat stock. However, as you probably already know, W1 is very commonly sold as drill rod. MSC is a convenient source for W1 drill rod. If you have a local machinist supply like Swift Tool, they would carry W1 drill rod and sometimes even the local hardware store will have it......
