A warning when one of your suppliers uses DHL.
Confirm that this is not one of the arrangements where DHL uses the post office to deliver the item. I currently have a lost package that DHL is listed as the shipper but they say it was delivered by the post office. I've never received the package and DHL is saying that it is between me and Amazon or between me and the post office. They say once the post office confirms delivery it's not their concern. I called DHL after they sa## it had been delivered and they would check on it. 24 hours later they sa## the post office had confirmed delivery. I called they post office and they say the tracking number hasn't left the building yet a long been delivered. They are looking in to it now but DHL doesn't cons##er it their issue to follow up on a package they were pa## to make sure it was delivered. They don't feel that they are responsible when they subcontract their labor. Jim __________________ I cook with a flair for the dramatic, and depraved indifference to calories |

Thank you Jim for the heads up, if thats how they conduct thier affairs then I don't plan on being part of it.
If I wanted the US post office to handle a package then I would drop it off there. a s##e note: someone told me because of stuff like this UPS and FED-EX might do a murger,,,they plan on calling it "FED-UP",,,ta-dom-bump Skip |

Yeah, I just love shippers who say 'it's not our problem' when something isn't delivered. And I had no ##ea DHL subbed out to the USPS. If Amazon hired DHL to ship it, then it should be Amazon's problem, Jim, and not yours. D## you pay Amazon by credit card? If so, I'd call them up and let them know DHL's attitude and request a full and immediate refund on your card. Seems to me DHL should pay for your order this time around. - Jim
