Working on ebook

I am working on a knife/blacksmith ebook PDF using Adobe CS2 and it converts to a PDF easily. Use Avery software for CD lables. When a CD is burned and it is opened a file appears which can be opened for the PDF document.

Is there software available that would auto open the CD and have a index page with buttons or graphics that can be used to navigate to various parts of the document?

I know enough about computers to get me into trouble but am having fun.
