Damascus trends?

This is more related to composition than patterns. Does damascus have trends in what blends are popular to use?

I have a variety accumulated some 1095/ni, 1084/15n20, 1075/and something, 440-C/AEB-L.

Before I start in I want to at least not be so out of style. LOL.
