H.c.s p00048

Brand new to the site and a newbie to folding knives and collecting. My question is one I could not find an answer to on the web. No info at all. Nothing. After about 30 minutes of searching.

I have a two blade knife with the following information on the tang:

H.C.S (top s##e) P00048 (bottom s##e).

I'm attaching three pictures. I can't figure out who made this knife, what country it was made in, what is the handle material, is it a good knife and does it have any value?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome to Knife Network.

I suspect this is a custom handmade knife. Looks pretty nice though as far as when and where, I could not locate any info either. The handle scale is deer antler.

This is one of those instances that while initials are more telling, having a more discerning name on a knife helps people later on find about their history.

You can send those pictures to Arizona Custom Knives as well as Nordic Knives to see if they may be able to help ## this slip joint folder.
