Ed, You still there?
Just wondering how you weathered the spring storm of 08? Watching the news the other day i thought of you and wondered if you got any good pics for us?

Hi Erik!
I've been out of town for the past week or so. Mom and I went back east to Kentucky and hauled all of her belongings to Great Falls. Spent 4 days driving a Uhaul back to MT! The toughest part was stopping in Sheridan, WY for fuel, and by the time we got to Hardin, MT. it was snowing hard. The trip from Hardin to Billings usually only takes about 45 mins.......it took us 2 1/2 hours! We holed up in Billings on Sunday evening, and waited until about 9am on Monday to try the drive from Billings to Great Falls. Thankfully the roads where pretty good and we got back to Great Falls around 1 pm on Monday. Here's a couple of pics that Cindy took on Saturday/Sunday of things around our place..... This is my daughter's care sitting in front of the finish shop.... This is a pic taken out the sliding glass door onto our back deck. You can see the blacksmith shop and the finish shop in the left background. Total snow was 13.6", which set a record for snowfall in April. __________________ WWW.CAFFREYKNIVES.NET Caffreyknives@gmail.com "Every CHOICE has a CONSEQUENCE, and all your CONSEQUENCES are a result of your CHOICES." |

Glad you made it back safe and sound. I suppose the trout got shut down a little bit.
Take care, Craig |
