ss 2.0 should lock in the open position?
If I remove the blade stop pin, I can open the blade enough for the push-button lock to pop out and hold the blade open.
However, with the blade stop pin installed, the blade doesn't open enough. Which should I grind to make more room? Try to make the blade stop pin a smaller diameter or grind on the blade to allow it to go back further or around a larger stop pin? Also, how critical are both of the standoffs? one of my standoffs is not threaded. For the time being, I have one standoff installed the farthest from the pivot pin. thx, andy |
