FREE Mesquite for handles,

I have been making knives on and off for 45 years. I'm 82 and have heart damage and my knife making days are finished. I have an abundance of cured mesquite to give for only the price of flat rate shipping and handling. $19.36 for as much as I can cram into the box. If interested, contact me at oldknifemaker@gmail.com or call 714-351-2887. Name is Keith.

Hello Oldknifemaker,
I'm kinda new here, but I am so surprised no one has commented on your offer. I would like to take you up on this if the mesquite is still available.
I will send a message to your gmail account.

Since this is the ONLY post he ever made, it's a pretty safe bet he won't see any replies.

I suspect as much, but sent off an email as well. Just seemed like to friendly of an offer not to respond to.

P.S. Love your quote. If Texas secedes I'll immigrate.

The "Oldknifemaker" was quick to respond to emails, even though he did not see this posting, and I received a response within 24 hrs.

Does Keith still have the mesquite, or has that been chunked into the smoker?
