Snakes alive! That guy must live down in Boa Boa. Or maybe the coral reef. It I had something crawling around like that in my gob I would have a serious case of cottonmouth. It would knock me right out of my moccasins. But I don't see a bit of terror in his blue indigo eyes. He must be a racer. Or maybe a king. Oh well, have pity on this poor hognose. His daughter's heart was stolen by a man driving a Viper. Or was it a Cobra? His name? Don Prudome, of course.

Martha,
....Green Vine Snake, Oxybelis fulgidus. This snake ranges from extreme southern Mexico down into Colombia. I saw one DOR (snake guys lingo for dead on road) in Panama. The guy in the PIC probably does not know that some sources list this snake as mildly venomous. Oxybelis are highly arboreal and eat lizards and small birds.

Gary,
...Silly? Yes, but also very funny.
Jeff
