Kydex Folder Sheath Tip

I just got done making my first kydex sheath for a folder. It's a neck sheath. First off, it was a lot easier than I thought it would be and should prove to be very useful.

Here's the tip: if you are doing a sheath for a folder with a clip on, you must reinforce the area behind the clip. Atleast in my kydex mold, the pressure was enough to make the clip bend in the middle. When the kydex cooled and the pressure of the mold was taken off, the clip straightened again, and it pushed the kydex up and away from the rest of the knife. To fix this, you should put something under the clip so it won't bend during molding. To fix mine, I reheated around th clip area and it fixed it. Now, it is much better and clicks in and out.
