Picked up a nice revolver last week

I must be a dinosaur because all of my handguns are revolvers. I've had a few autos over the years but always end up letting them go. I'm particularly fond of Smith and Wesson K frames with fixed sights.

About ten days ago I was browsing the local gun store and they had not one but two Model 65's with four inch barrels. One was much nicer than the other. I went back three times to look before deciding to buy. It's very unusual (for me at least) to find a used gun in this nice of shape at this store so I'm very happy to ad this to my collection.

You'll notice the absence of the dreaded safety lock!

Here he is with his older but slightly smaller brother:

The 3 incher is my EDC piece.

Nice, I have an older square butt version with SCHP enscribed onto it that I picked up several years ago. I actually put the same grips on mine that you have on yours, albeit the square butt version. Great choice in guns.
