Replacment Kbar sheath

I have a friend that is an old Saltdog Viet-vet Marine who still carrys his issued Kbar for camp knife. I seen the poor poor shape the sheath was in, holes in it rotting apart.(They were never made that well to begin with and 2.5 years jungle didnt help)
Anyway at a military service rifle shoot which happened to be on Marine Corp birthday last Nov. I snuck his Kbar out and made a tracing of the well worn blade.
This is what I came up with for the Sarge.

First one like this of its kind that I have made.
When he asked what he owed me I told him " you already paid",I finally found a way to make a Gunny have nothing to say. Hopefully this sheath will last him longer then the last one.
