Yep, I took a vote and CKF gets my Number One vote. Thanks Guys for the creation and the most interesting and in-depth information on creation of blades. I've made knives since I was a kid, but I've never had the opportunity to take the craft to the level mentioned here. I may not be the most active participant, but rest assured I will probably view these forums on a daily basis. Thanks again for your time and patience!--Dan

Welcome Aboard the CKD, partner!

Everyone here is working hard together to help take custom knives to the next level.

The CKD is a "pure" custom knife community, information system and discussion channel on the net. We're working to produce the best resource available about custom knives.

I guess in looking around here we all love them so much that we didn't want to wade through the factory time waste to get what we need to operate. If you think about it, in terms of community need, the only thing a factory knife and custom has in common is they're both knives. The support side of the custom world is much different. We have voice, text and a coming technical reference system. Hang in here ... you'll love it!
