1084 and 1086V round bar stock for sale

Hi all, I am NOT a knife maker, but our company does throw away A LOT of 1084 and 1086V round material. The 1084 is 1" round and about 5" long. The 1086V is 1.375" round and about 6" long. We have a lot of this material, and by a lot, I mean over 5,000 pieces per year.

If this is useful for you and you would be serious about buying this material in large quantities, please let me know.

Probably wouldn't mess around with anything less than 1,000 pieces, maybe 500 pieces if we agreed on a good price.

The pieces are generally around 4.5" long but they will vary from 4-5". Every now and again there will be a 12" long piece and a 1" long piece. Do you want those too?

The 4.5" parts are pretty much right at 1lb. I think we'd go for 0.50 a piece, that would leave you some room for freight costs.

If you were to buy ALL of the scrap steel and take monthly or bi-monthly shipments then I think we could go a little lower and you could get yourself a pretty sweet deal.

Yes, we have mill certs

If you aren't interested in them, do you know someone or a company that would be?

You might give Tracy a call over at USA knife Supply. He?s big enough to do something like this.
