A cord wrapped santoku
11 3/4" with 6" blade of
O-1 1/8" by 2" handle is leather spacer wrapped in nylon cord and coated with epoxy

Nice Job Mitch, Santoku's are one of my favorite cooking blade styles. Ive got several in tthe works myself. Intresting idea on the handle. Looks very comfortable, but is it seald well enough to be food safe?
