Me gusta el grabado , es muy bonito y el cuchillo tiene una l?nea muy fina .

I like the engraving, it is very nice and the knife has a very fine line.

Ron,

The background on the folder has the look of a jewelers floretine pattern. Did you relieve the background first and then use a liner to get that look?

If so, what size liner did you use? I have potential applications for such a background. It looks good.

Ray

Ron, I like the engraving on the knife and the gun. I really like the matted background you do. Did you put any kind of coloring on the knife engraving?
Thanks for showing it.

Joe

Thanks every body for your coments.. Joe and Ray .. The back ground relief is done with a square chisel I keep cutting lines in different directions until I get the debt that I want, it is around 10 thousands then I will use a black marker to darken the back ground ..

Great work! I really enjoy close up photo's of quality engraving. I have a whole file that I pull out from time to time & study. I have wanted very much for years to attend the GRS school, but have never been able to afford it or have the time to take off. So viewing others fine engraving always give me more insentive to continually improve my own skills
Thanks for the photos
Dusty
