new ones took their place...I had bought a little Silvertone electric guitar from a guy that left, and because I usually fell asleep with it, I was making a lot of progress.I didn't want to spend another Winter cooped up again, so I re-enlisted to go to the Panama Canal Zone. I took my re-up bonus home and stayed for two weeks, then headed for Fort Dix,N.J. to ship out.Like everyone else, I had a "garage sale" when I left, the skis, guitar and amp, stuff I couldn't carry with me,I knew for sure I wouldn't need those skis in Panama..... __________________ I once complained about having no shoes, until I met a man who had no...guitar |
