Knife Rights

I just spotted this in another thread: http://www.kniferights.org/

At first glance, could be a good group to support if some groups here start going the same way they have in Britain.

Cool Commiefornia

Good Golly!

I sure am glad I escaped that loony-bin! In Idaho, a weapon is a weapon, whether it's a club, a handgun, a long gun, or a knife of any type or size. My Concealed Weapons ####### means that I can carry my .45 and my bowie knife when I walk my dogs (which I do) and keep a loaded rifle or shotgun behind the seat of my car.
And that's the way it should be. This area is growing fast, and we fear there may be many Antis among the newbies here. At this time, they are still overwhelmingly outnumbered by conservatives, but the media is liberal even up here, and they act like the libs are taking over. I just can't watch that junk.

It was crazy in CA. I could carry a handgun, but could go to jail for having even a small fixed-blade knife on my person. Absolutely nuts.
It's so crazy, even the cops don't know the laws regarding knife carry.

Yeesh! I'm so grateful to live up here!
