Inlay cutters

I am in the rpocess of doing an inlay on a folder. I have both the male and female patterns made but am stuck trying to figure out what to use to cut using the male pattern. On page 127 picture 43 of the Lake, Centofante, Clay folder book is a picture of the biyts that I think I need. Does anyone have any idea where I can order some of these, or barring that, how to make these?
Thanks
Steve
