Gaucho Testing Knife
Hello,
I?m posting the pic of de 1st Pantanal Brazilian SBC Hammer-in. This knife is an integral bolster knife, forged from a 5/8" 5160 round bar, and continues in a workhorse ...in my barbecues... |

Thanks, I hope that tradition can continues.
Yes, the knife is still useable! After the cutting tests (Rope, soda can, 2x4", and the 90? flex) I flex again and correct the blade. The blade isn't perfect, but it's funcional for the friday's barbecue in my Headquarter! Thanks again, soonly i will post new pics. |

That's just a great looking knife, and obviously it's a tough using blade as well. Nice!
