Is it possible to purchase nylatron in sheet form and cut out your own washers???? Cutting this stuff stuff shouldn't be to much of a hassle. Finally, if someone has bought Nylatron sheet where did you buy it at?? Thanks.

Yes you can get it in sheet form, actually I think it comes in a roll. I believe MSC carries it.

I get it from MSC, and it does come in rolls like Jeremy said. It comes in sheets too but the sheets are too thick for our use, the rolls are available in approx .020 and .030 thicknesses. At MSC, the product is called 6/6 Nylon with Molybdinum added. I've been punching my own washers from it for many years........

I just bought a roll of .015 from MSC. I'll have enough for washers of that size to last a lifetime. Punching it is a bit of a challenge. I don't have a punch and die set so I had to scrounge. Cheap paper punches don't work. I finally ended up using a hole punch set (from harbor freight) I had laying around on a plastic cutting block.
