10.5'' Forged Hunter

A blend of a couple ideas I've had for a while but never had the time to make for myself and still don't !!! but I wanted to try and squeeze one in for me !!
Canvass Micarta grip with a stabilized Yorrel burl bolster and some loveless hardware, a hint of blaze orange G10 .....slight belly for the thumbgrip area makes this super comfy in hand
sheath design in the works.....
EMT arrived this morning so it looks like I don't get to keep this one afterall

Wow! Yeah if I lived near you I probably wouldn't let you keep that one either! I am a HUGE fan of the flats of a knife being darkened whether its heat treat crud, the forged look, blueing, etc. Masterful job sir. My only question(and it seems like I ask it a lot) is when do we see the sheath?

thank you both kind gents !!

I have offered a few suggestions to the fella that just purchased the knife but the sheath will be up to him , it'll have a little custom swagger to it I'm hoping, when I get'r done I will be happy to post a few pics of it

I'm on the outside on this one. I like the design and overall knife. But coming from the stand point of not being a fan of composition handles. (Like Ray doesn't like bolsters) I don't like the color combo. Or the mix of handle material. No accounting for my poor taste. Lol

Nice job Rob!
Looks like it will work hard and give great service.
Look forward to seeing it in leather.
