Bird and Trout

Expermenting with the buttons on the machine. I was hoping to show a bird and trout knife. Or as we use them here a duck and possum knife.

Folks, I got to play with this one a couple of days ago. It's light as a feather, well balanced, and like all Fisk knives, sharp enough to shave the fur off a sleeping mouse's ear without waking him up.

You'll also notice the engraving on the guard. That's Jerry's work as well.

Jerry,
I'm real glad to see you sharing your work with the group. You were real close on your coding. Instead of using the [ url ] tag, use the [ img ] tag.

[ url ] is for providing a "clickable" link (which is fine).

[ img ] is for displaying the image right here in the post without having to link.

That's a very elegant design and some very tasteful engraving too. Thanks for posting, Mr. Fisk

Thanks guys.
Both of those I posted are concealed tangs. I am using a graver max to do my engraving with.
I really feel humbled when I look at the engraving of the guys on the embellishment forum. I am just now learning and it will be a long time but these guys are really good about giving me a helping hand. Of course they could just save themselves the time, trouble and expense if they just could move in with me for a year or two and help me in my shop.
