Mike Wise's Son In Hospital

Hi guys,

Today I talked with Ed Halligan. He was telling me that Mike Wise's son, Ashley, is in the hospital in Birmingham. He has leukemia. His blood type is A positive. If you have A+ blood type, it would be a help if you could donate a pint. But it does have to be A+ for it to be used to "repay" the blood bank. If you can donate through the American Red Cross, please desiginate the blood to go to Ashley Wise.

Thanks,

John & Joan

Thanks for posting this Joan.

Ashley is doing much better and is out of danger. In fact he should be going to out patient status by the end of the week.

However there is a blood shortage so if anyone did donate that's still a good thing.

And a special thanks to Ed for getting the message out to so many people. He is truly a good man and true friend.

Micky Wise

Very sorry to hear of your son's illness, Micky.

I don't have that blood type but please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
