Forging Video !!!!

Ed

Just watched your new video, what a treat!!! Ive watched it 3 time now, and still catch new things each time I watch it. Very informative, and not a lot of useless "stuff" you find added into some training videos.

Hats off to you and Geno at Center Cross Video!!! Great job!!!!

Can you or Geno give us some idea of whats included in the damascus video?? Or when it will be out?

Ed when are you going to be teaching at Old Washington???? I want to apply in advance!!!

God Bless
Mike

Thanks Mike! I'm very pleased that you like the video. I got an update from Center Cross last week, and they were have some "technical" difficulties, so I'm not sure when the next video will be out. The Basic Damascus, and the Basic Mosaic Damascus will be ver similar in nature to the Basic Forging Video, just more focused on the the subject matter. I show how to make several basic damascus patterns in the Damascus video, and several basic mosaic patterns in the Mosaic Damascus video. I tried to advance the viewers understanding and thinking with each successive video. In the Mosaic video I actually have a few scenes where I take the viewer through the steps on a whiteboard before we actually make the pattern.
I'm really cranked up to see them myself. I got to see a little of the footage that Gene shot, and some of the photography is just fantastic. I really got pumped when I watched the close up of a damascus billet in the press.......the image was so good you could see the individual layers of the billet being compressed.
