Thumbs up Thanks George !!!

Just a quick note to say thanks to George T. One hour of help eliminated countless hours of trial and error. Helping the learners seems to be the way knife makers work.
Thanks again
Steve
p.s. I hope the missus is okay, tell her I wish her a speedy recovery, and if you need a hand I was serious about coming down to help.

Thanks Steve, I am ready to help anyone who needs it. After all that is how I learned and I feel it should be passed on.

Carol is out of the hospital now and will be working from home for the next few weeks. She would like to thank everyone that sent good wishes.

Knife shipments should resume in a few days, everything got put on hold for obvious reasons during her ordeal. Apologies and thanks to those who were inconvenienced but did not become upset when they found out what was going on.

I expect that there will be nothing that I cannot handle in the next couple of weeks but Carol is upset that I will be in the shop without supervision, she figures that I am an accident looking for a time and place to happen.......I am not!!!, it's been two years since I last knocked myself senseless with something that I was polishing.

Actually visitors would be welcome, it gets lonely in there.

George

PS Look what the new format did to my name, wish someone could fix it.

We are both a little under the weather but a couple of months will see everything right. It is a lousy way to spend the summer though, in and out of hospitals.

Thanks for the thoughts folks, they are appreciated.
