Check out my leg.....

I just finished this knife, and I wanted to get a picture of it up. It's my first slipjoint to make in a good while.

I love the old slipjoint patterns, and the Lady's Leg Knife is a classic.

The knife measures 3 1/4" closed, and a little over 5 1/2" when opened. The blade and spring are made from O1 tool steel, the bolsters are nickel silver, and the liners and pins are brass. The scales are Bark-Bone by Bruce Evans. It's weight is 2 ounces.

Enjoy. -chris

Chris,
Fantastic! Now the question is what part of the human body are you going to make next?

Great knife.

I have one like it that I got from my grandfather when he passed away. On his knife the boot is a bottle opener.

You really classed it up.

Thanks guys.

tinysuperbug, Bark-Bone is a product that Bruce Evans is making. He takes cow shin bones, colors them, and stabilizes them. They make really nice looking scales, and they polish up great.
