Talking When Junk is Art...

Hi all!

I thought I'd throw out these photos for your enjoyment.

They raise the question as to when is old junk considered to be art?

I'm not too sure, but maybe some of you have some ideas. Please feel free to add your comments and your own artistic wonders.

Cheers!

David

Junk. Actually what we call a "redneck dump site" here in Deep East Texas.
If we see the perp we turn him in.

Photo #2

Hi Tom!

Thanks for your comments!

I have to agree with most of them, although I see the rusty old wood stove as "art" It was used by Catholic Brothers to heat up Sugar Maple sap to turn into Maple syrup. The brothers are long gone and their "sugar shack" was burned down by vandals! The old stove has disappeared.

For your information, Photo #4 is the roof of an old barn.

Got any Texas "art" you'd like to share?

Cheers!

David
