Stunning work, Rob. You've outdone yourself on this one - not that any of the others are shabby or anything...

Ok, I guess that I'll have to be the nit picker. One the second picture it looks like you have some decarb showing on the bevels. Probably due to a dimple that you forged into the blade. It could be that something kept you from bringing the hammer down flat on the while forging it or you just hit the steel too hard. Check that your anvil face is at the right height for you. Also check your hammer face to make sure that there is a smooth but shallow radius across it. Other than that it's a good looking knife but that one spot keeps it from being a great looking knife.

Doug

Thanks fellas , appreciate the replies
Doug , as always I like your feedback , it's not being nit picky at all , it's opinion and I welcome it indeed, that said .......I like the imperfection !! It's character no ?? Lol !!
I was going to sand it out but figured it made it an original so to speak.....but you are bang on about anvil height , this particular one needs to be raised a couple inches , good eye not seeing the setup, comes with experience , Thank you sir , all good feedback

Rob
