Need help identifying a Rostfrei knife please (pictures included)

Hi guys,

I was just cleaning out my garage and found this knife I remember my father gave it to me years ago. I actually collect knives (newer ones) so I am glad I found this forum anyway looks like a great community.

I am not educated on the antiques though! Anyway, I tried looking up the exact "model" on google but no luck.

It is a Rostfrei knife with engraved on both sides and one side has Doppelren Soligen engraved under it. On the engraved side there is also Soligen.Seit.1906

I included pictures, hope somebody can help me with this and if there is any value on it. (one side is pretty scratched up, I used nothing to buff or polish it as doing so I would think value would decrease"

Just a wild guess; would rostfrei be the German word for stainless steel???

German hunting Knife, maybe part of a display set, judging by the engraving.

German blades were pretty popular here in the 50s and 60s.

Yeah, "rostfrei" (literally 'rust free') = stainless steel. Unfortunately the OTHER side has the company name and it's very blurry. I blew it up and it appears to be "Solingen" which is an area in Germany that produced many, many knives. (Google it and you'll see what I mean.)
