Need nape neck carry sheath help

I'm working on a flat dagger carry for "between the shoulder blades" carry. I want to carry a 4-5" blade shoulder carry arrangement that won't "print" too much. I want to carry as did the black assassin (Michael Wright) in the Miami Vice episode "Duty and Honor" (season 3, episode 18, 1987). I figure it will best be concealed by a dark windbreaker. If I'm in the city, I want to keep the fact that I'm carrying a knife to myself (for obvious reasons). Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Captain O
